how did u update firmware... for me i just formatted the passport to ntfs ang got all the files that came with it erased and it worked...

sa WD site...kasi to fix/remove the smartware virtual CD you will have to update firmware as per WD recommends.

Wala pang 32LH70. We still are not sure if LG is coming out with this TV, after many owners found out the glitch problem.

The 32LH70 is cash at P29K. The LG has promo for TV purchase. You can avail of LG home-theater at 50% discount. Home-theater HT554 which cost P19999. is promo at P10K if you buy LG TV.

I was, until recently. Actually nung first ko wala talaga yan, after a month or two, i started noticing it. I experimented with having an electric fan cool it down and it somehow sort of worked. Recently these past few weeks though, that doesn't seem to work anymore.  Sigh

where did you buy this? under warranty paba?

SnS. Not worried that much since it still has full warranty by LG itself anyway but this is such a hassle.

It's just a JPEG sir. It's for calibration purposes, but i just used it to let you guys clearly see what it looks like on an steady dark image.

Hi vx2, do I just play this jpg (picture) file on my 32LH70YR? Tried this file, there was an even darkness on my LCD TV. Didn't have the blotches as on your 1st picture. But didn't also see any faint image hidden behind (either numbers or letters) it. Am I doing anything wrong here. Note: The result of my test was based on my current picture setting. But then, I did notice some very faint image of texts on my LCD PC monitor using this jpg.

It has something to do with the Black Level range sir Ppooh. It's not that big a deal at least your unit does not exhibit those stains.
