bottom line.... if you will buy something in singapore na eye-catching pag bitbit mo sa NAIA, you should prepare to pay the tax if approached by a custom officer, pag di ka pinansin... dun ka nakatipid!
Ang isang drawback when you buy your receiver there is the warranty. I do not know for receivers if there is such an international warranty.
Di ba ang purpose mo naman kaya ka bibili is because very affordable ang price sa SG compared here in PH.
Laki din ng difference... some receivers have a difference of P5000~P8000, maybe more.
But the RISK is... if ever.... harangin ka ng customs...at bayaran mo yung duties/taxes, without any concrete amount anyone here can give... would you think makatipid ka pa din?
