« on: Jan 24, 2011 at 01:15 PM »
Guys,

What Brand/Model with 5 and above PRE-OUTS is the cheapest?

If possible, kindly give a list of the ones you know starting from the cheapest.

TIA

Practically all of Marantz's current receivers have pre-outs for easy future expansion

Pero hindi ba medyo on the upper price range ang Marantz?

if you're concerned about the price mahihirapan ka maghanap ng may preouts.  ;D

yung may preouts mahal talaga kasi mid or high end units ang mayroon nyan.

Yeah, I was considering it. Speakers ko ngayon from minicomp lang.

Just asking to know my options. :)

speakers muna upgrade mo. just don't buy those power-hungry low-sensitivity speakers that require big amps.

the aaudio 1sc and d2 clones are good-sounding speakers but have low sensitivity. i don't know about the titus line.

also worth of note is that speakers tend to exhibit non-linearities and distortion (far greater than amplifiers do) at higher power levels

Yeah, kaya gusto ko din muna maaudition yung titus using same amp before pulling the trigger.

If I remember it right, 89db ata or 91db ang sensitivity ng titus...  ??? Ok na ba tong rate na to?

that's high enough. verify mo na lang. yung clones kasi dati mataas ang claimed vs actual sensitivity.
