I went there this morning. They promised kasi to contact me yesterday then wala naman. I was insulted when the lady customer service rep told me that its a matter of MISHANDLING daw. nainsulto talaga ako. ginawa pa akong tanga. I mean, for us QUALITY comes first talaga. we were complacent, me and my dad, to go for a Samsung instead of a Sony because Samsung is gaining grounds in terms of quality.
What's unfair lang for me is for it to be referred as mishandling. Buti sana may lindol or talagang nahulog dahil sa katangahan. Mapalampas pa sana pag ganon. Pero without any acts of God, nahulog lang cya and MISHANDLING daw??? Ang sakit sa loob.
Gets ko naman na its beyond its warranty (bought December 14, 2009). Ang sa akin lang, wag lang cyang tawaging mishandling just for them to get away with the responsibility of filing for any replacement whatsoever. In the first place naman talaga, its a design flaw...
