Is it worth it to buy Onkyo ht-s5300 from US or go for home theater set-up available locally?

One thing i like about ht-s5300 is that there is a 3 hdmi inputs and good sound according to reviews i read.

I'm a newbie in setting up or assembling home theater kaya i prepare HTIB but the only HTIB i'm crazy

Mas better ba if mag assemble na lang ako ng home theater with different brand of amplifier and speakers?
