AC3 DTS DD 5.1 Audio Gear decoder aka HD Audio Rush G5

My question is will this successfully decode the digital audio from coaxial? newbie here.

It will decode ac3 dd dts using coaxial.
But not the newer dts-hd or dd-true hd .
