Has anyone here tried Amazon and Johhny Air for shipping large electronic items like tv's, amp's, etc..? is it worth it? thanks!

I think suggest you don't go on this route when buying a TV, especially big and heavy items with Johnny Air. Little things such as iPad, iPad Mini and other gadgets is the best for Johnny Air.

Not worth it. Masyadong mahal ang shipping cost. Mas mahal sa purchase price dahil for sure naka sale ang bibilin mo na items.

Is this your first time to use JAC? Call them up, ask for the shipping rates since usually they have a different pricing scheme for TVs and usually this is via shipping not air.

thinking about the same thing since black friday is just around the corner. I got a quote but not from JAC but from POBOX that shipping cost is $375 for a 50" unless i get a really good deal i think it's much better to get it here.

I've bought a 55 inch tv from amazon and had it shipped it here through Manila forwarder. The shipping only cost me 200 usd and that's with insurance. Just make sure you have patience.
