Yeah...saw that too. Did yours arrive in pristine condition? Sad thing about getting sets like this is the inevitable (highly possible) mishandling of package and getting the set with minor damage to the box...which my OCD will not forgive.hahaha

I'm actually watching the Alien BD right now...borrowed one from a friend who has the singles. Ganda ng PQ ng Alien sobra...parang hindi 33 year old movie.

pwera lang sa mga gadgets/computers used sa movie na super old skul. haha. parang sa blade runner. yung monitor/tv nun e yung mga super lumang CRT tv. hahahaha

My problem with Alien Anthology UK has always been that it isn't a region-free Blu-ray set.

I really need to look into region-free players. Common na ba? Yes, there's a reason I'm an assigned moderator for Blu-ray CONTENT and Blu-ray DISCUSSIONS, but not for Blu-ray PLAYERS. LOL

I have the UK 6-disc Alien Anthology (bought from a PDVD Seller) & it is region free. The back packaging indicates it as Region A,B,C.

oh laki pala difference ng packaging ng UK Alien Anthology and US Alien Anthology. UK- practical. US- aesthetics.

I like the US better. parang "premium" yung dating kasi iba packaging nya from regular blu rays.

Just a warning on this: If you check other Amazon.Com Blu-ray titles, you'll see a lot of complaints from customers saying, "I did not get the item in the picture, what I ended up with was a Region-Free import, which works but has different packaging." You can see one example with this in the newer reviews of the Superman Anthology.

So you may NOT get the better packaging you want just by ordering from Amazon. Mahirap ibalik kung sa Pinas ka nakatira.

they put the picture of the UK version naman if it's the import right? Like you'll see the version with the UK markings.
