Guys im having problem connecting my 32LS5700 to my Linksys WRT54G router, have tried different settings (changing wireless security type, wireless channel, etc) pero ayaw parin mag connect. Sino po meron setup same as mine? And ano po router settings nyo? TIA

Actually kabibili ko pa lang sir so i still have the chance to have it replaced pero same model parin. Tomorrow try ko other router para makasigurado kung ung tv ang may problem.

Hi mga sir,

32LS5700 user here...

Can't share any wireless issues... I dont have a WRT54G but I have tried a WGR614v9 and WNR2200 (both from netgear) and had no problems...

Sir, if incase you have not tried you may want to:

- set the Wireless Network Mode to "G-Only".
- Maybe your router is too close or to far from the TV, try placing it 6 feet.
- update the firmware ng TV and router mo.

Else, if other devices (i.e. smart phones, laptops, wireless desktop, tablet, etc) can connect except sa TV, bka nga TV ang may problem....

If possible, try different router... baka may known/unknown issue between LG and Linksys kase dalawa kyo ni sir jhayzapi ang may prob sa WRT54G.

by any chance, did you guys update to the latest version? maybe try that through the USB function.

I'm using a cheap-ass CDR King router and my LS5700 connects just fine. Yun nga lang minsan nadidisconnect siya from Plex during my recent firmware update. But overall, ok naman.

Guys just an update, i have tried D-Link wireless router (forgot the model) and successfull naman yung wireless connection from my 32LS5700 to the router so mukang hindi siya compatible sa old model Linksys routers. Sa ngayon mag wired connection muna ako then next ko nalang yung router upgrade.

@ ron_21 - Bro try ka pa ng ibang router baka sakali lang gumana.

yung case kasi sayo brader nkikita pa yung SSID.

yung skin wla na talaga..totally zero.. try again lagi.

I experience some delays in playing movies using wireless setup ng PC and my TV. Imho, better kung wired na lang. Btw, I'm using a Buffalo Wireless N router. No problem naman with the connection.

Contact their customer support. Sobrang ok and mabilis yung service. Kahit nung bumabagyo they still sent someone to my place to check my tv

yes sir, nakatatlong balik na sila.

yung unang pumunta hindi daw nya cover ang net connectivity.
yung pangalawa check up lang sa status.
yung pangtatlo. nagdala ng sariling router.

wla pa dn.

mga 15 days na dn since ang ni-escalate ko sa knila.

I think thats only a firmware issue, minsan kasi kahit brand new unit mo, that dosent mean you'l get the latest firmware. i'l still get this TV this weekend and give my feedback after.

nope. this is most definitely a firmware problem. after I updated to the latest firmware, tsaka lang ako nakaexperience na biglang nadidisconnect from my router. kaya if you get an LS5700, I suggest wag na lang muna i-upgrade to the latest firmware as the older firmwares actually worked just fine without any hitch.

what does it mean? di maganda ang feedback ng model sa market or may limit talaga yung pag-gawa nila ng model?
ang ganda kasi talaga ng quality nung chineck ko sa mall, gusto ko talaga yung trumotion nito eh. nagdadalawang isip lang ako sa "discontinued"

any suggestions, alternative model or brand for LG 32" LS5700? habol ko talaga yung may trumotion feature.

Ok naman ls5700 bro. More than 6 months na saken. No prob naman. Baka may papalit na kaya diniscontue na. Alternative, LM6200 ng LG or Samsung series 6 models

trip na trip ko talaga yung soap opera effect sa mga movies na may 3d effects like transformers tsaka lalo sa animated movies

sa ngayon ang di ko mapagana eh yung external speaker, sa optical lang ba talaga gagana? wala din ba tong slot para sa headphone jack? ayaw gumana dun sa "AUDIO (rgb/hdmi/pci)" hindi ba talaga dyan sinasak? sensya di po ako techie hehe..

Tukayo, wala talaga lagayan ng headphone jack 'yun LS5700. The only way ata para maka-connect ka ng headphone jack is by adding DAC or doon mo isa-saksak sa hometheather. Pareho kame ng brother ko ng TV, 42 LGLS5700, yung brother ko nag avail ng HTIB ng LG, 'di rin namin maipalabas 'yung sound from a media player (Mede8er 400x2s), kailangan ata talaga mag add ng Optical Cable.

Pero maganda talaga picture quality ng TV natin, kailangan mo lang i-adjust ng konti ang settings para hindi masyado madilim.

^good to know sir, thanks! kala ko may defect nabili ko e hehe, kelangan ko pa din pala bumili na ng HTIB, pero balak ko na din talaga.
ayus tukayo ng username tapos same pa tayo ng TV model hehe.
