Tried using Shopee.ph last week, and first transaction went sour. Looks like it'll be my first and last transaction with Shopee.

Seller is PhShop.ph, and item I purchased is the "X96 Quad Core TV BOX 2G+16G KODI XBMC 4K Smart HD Android 6.0 WIFI AU Plug AH242". If you compare the text of my purchased item, the ad has now been modified to show 1G+16G (I don't think this configuration even exists).

Before buying, I reached out to seller to ask for shipping timelines, they estimated ~4 days to ship after purchase. A week passed, and they then tell me to request for a refund because they cannot ship. After that, I noticed that the item description has been updated to show 1G+16G. Medyo engot din, kasi dapat siguro 1G+8G ang tamang description.

Hassle pa the payment/refund system of Shopee. Dapat parang Lazada na puwede Paypal and Credit Card. Will wait if Shopee penalizes the seller. If not, then I will uninstall the app, and deactivate my account with them.

Kaya minsan hirap mag try sa iba... yan ang na establish ni lazada nung una pa.. very responsive at talagang todo sa discount vouchers.. up to now consistent si lazada..

Bought an electronic earmuff sa lazada.. seller is galleon.. hindi na deliver.. lazada apologized and gave a 200 discount voucher! Refund is also easy.. store credits na lang..

I always save a screenshot/PDF/HTML of the item I'm purchasing para pag ka lokohan may evidence - includes lazada for that matter.

My item was delivered naman but their system and customer service sucks. Post ko dito pag nasa harap nako ng laptop

madami na ko nabili sa shopee so far mabilis ung delivery at ok ung mga items

sa BDO online ung payment kaya mas ok

check ko muna ung rating ng seller at ung item

multiple purchases na rin ako sa shopee, napansin ko kasi may mga items na mas mura sa shopee vs lazada. gaya ng iphone cases, same seller at mas mura sa shopee.

COD ako lage, issue lang with shopee is sobrang tagal ng free shipping nila, most of the time over a week bago dumating yung item.

First buy ko sa Shoppe last week Tuesday. COD 4pcs Shampoo Sobrang bango parang idiot. Until now wala pa. Exactly 1 week na bukas.
First and last bili ko na rin to dun.

so while registering for new account bigla nag error. yun number ko na save on the randomly generated username. now i tried again used na daw so i had to use another number this time with proper account name.

i called and told what happened. they can't do anything about it daw. so these random account name + my real number cant be cancelled. my new account with wrong number can't be fixed kasi my real number was associated to the first.

next is the delivery. says there monday so i confirmed with seller sabi tuesday daw para sure. di dumating. next pa tapos super late.

will i be using it again? probably not unless there is compelling reasons to do so. will i recommend it, probably not now. siguro eventually gaganda rin system nila

I had good experience with shoppee.. purchased a used linksys e1200.. 500php free lbc shipping. Bank transfer payment via bpi. Problem lang i bricked the router when flashing to tomato tsk.

ordered three items, different seller. ok naman lahat. yun lang don't expect na kasing bilis ng lazada ang delivery, parang i-verify pa muna ni shopee bago ipasa sa seller. pinaka matagal na na deliver eh 5 days. COD ako palagi, just like pag order ako sa lazada.

badtrip isa kong item sa shopee. akalain mo buti ka chat ko ang seller. naka for shipment na. tapos biglang nag chat sakin sorry sir nabenta na pala ang item.

parang OLX lang din talaga tong shopee na my COD option lang eh.

tried to get a watch for P22 pesos only with free shipping and all. downloaded the app. item doesn't exist and P22 offers all have shipping. deleted app.

same experience with shopee, seller asked me to cancel order para ma refund ang payment dahil wala daw stock. masyado hassle dahil bank to bank transfer ang payment ko tapos hindi nila i-transfer sa bank account mo, nasa shopee wallet daw.

meron sila COD brader.. dapata kasi hindi pinapayagan ng shopee benta ng mga 2nd hand products.

Bagal ng shipping neto.. medyo duda din ako sa after sales support.. si lzd ok pa din very responsive sa live chat nila kung may issue.. pag refund item mabilis din except sa returns minsan tagal dumating sa warehouse nila.. mukhang least priority ni LBC

tried to order again on this site this time kinausap ko talaga ng maayos ang seller before buying and im amazed 2days lang andito na sa cavite ang item.

expected arrival of item feb 15 pa dapat. nagulat ako 9 palang dumating na. feb 7 ako nag order. so ang nangyari wala akong pera na iniwan sa bahay kinausap ko lang sila then dito nila dineretso sa office.. very very nice..

I reckon, just like any other online purchase, buyer beware and conduct due diligence.

medyo nag iba na din shipping option ng shopee, need mo na ng shipping voucher for free shipping. nung nag order ako last Sunday nag taka ako bakit may shipping fee, nung tinignan ko sa notification ko may promo ako nakuha na free shipping voucher.

saka may option ka to choose kung anong shipping company either xpost or black arrow yata.

pansin ko din yan, nakalagay doon sa item page na pag >500 pesos yung amount free shipping pero pag add ko sa shopping cart at checkout meron additional charges kahit 1500 yung total amount hehehehehehe,anyway may voucher pa din ako valid until today na lang din hehehehehe. pero mura lang naman yung shipping na nacharge sa akin nung nakaraan 60 pesos lang

etong nasa shopping cart ko pa ngayon nag try ako i checkout na,same item lang binili ko tapos 3pcs na 850/pc pero ang shipping fee ko is 285 for LBC tapos 90 pesos for regular(4-5 days) shipping,yung seller is local lang.

not anymore. yung order ko last Sunday, 1k worth from the same seller. kung walang free shipping voucher eh may bayad dapat shipping ko.

until today nga lang din yung free shipping vouchers ko
