Congratulations BOS for winning your 18th banner.  Well deserved.

Looking back...we can say that the genesis of the 18th banner came from the trade with BRK for Garnett and Pierce.

2016 1st round draft pick (Jaylen Brown was later selected)
2017 1st round draft pick swap (Boston traded the pick to Philadelphia and selected Jayson Tatum with the pick acquired from the 76ers)

Few days away from the Draft,  Teams can start negotiating with their own Free Agents starting July 1.   Jason Tatum will sign the biggest contract in NBA history this off season.

or D'Aaron Fox sana.... Nabudol ni Papa Ball si Magic eh.  They were in a hurry to ditch D'Angelo Russel because of that Swaggy P incident. Irony pa eh 2023 they will trade for D'Angelo Russel once again.  What goes around comes around I guess.

Speaking of Lonzo....it's a safe bet that his NBA career might be over already.

I doubt this will happen. DA's target was Tatum. He got whiff of sixers and lakers plan and then fleeced sixers for an extra pick (colin sexton).

He is still owed 65M to not coach. It was a cash grab by Monty plain and simple.  When he was fired by the Suns, his wife was diagnosed with Cancer and he already said that he would like to take the time off to take care of her but here comes DET with a massive offer.

You just dont hire for the sake of hiring.  Monty had a lot going on in his personal life....coaching was probably the last thing on his mind but DET wanted him to resurrect the team from the dead.  He just couldn't say no to that deal.  He probably half assed his effort all throughout the season.

He will probably sit this one out for the next few years to be with family while he is enjoying his pension from DET.

think i paid p3900 last year..  what are the other options?  is subscribing for your team also good?

Win or not, I still want Klay to stay with GSW and retire there together with Steph and Dray. I also want Andrew Wiggins to stayput. That 2022 Champion team is still there and intact. Need lang talaga mag commit and mag fully condition si Klay and Wiggins for next season.

Ideally yun din gusto ko for him.  He doesn't deserve to retire wearing a different uniform like Hakeem wearing a Toronto jersey or Patrick Ewing donning a Seattle Supersonics uniform.

The issue is ownership and their willingness to maintain a huge payroll. Lacob already stated that he wants to trim the payroll.  They had the highest payroll in the NBA last season and yet they are not a playoff team.

Chicago did a trade for the first time in forever and that's the best they could do? I mean Giddey is good and OKC (with a healthy Shai) or any team with a ball-dominant star just isn't the best situation for him, but Thunder has like a boatload of picks, hindi man lang sila sumungkit ng isa?

As for OKC, this is good for them obviously. Imagine yung Isiah Joe 5-out nila but with Caruso (just as good of a shooter but with vastly superior defense). Yun nga lang mga bigs kailangan nila and still is the problem.
