Topic: Before upgrading/replacing old TV

Just asking what do you guys do with your old TV before upgrading them? Like yung may issues na kaya palit na lang, instead of ipaayos kasi may repair job na mataas ang singil kaya mas ok nang bumili na lang ng bago.

• Do you sell it on the marketplace at a 50%-70% discount?
• Trade it in? (Samsung offers trade in promos, but you only get up to P10k off and old TV needs to meet their criteria to be eligible)
• Give it away to a family relative for free/donate it?
• Store it sa bodega out of laziness?
• Any other ideas?

In my case, I was able to sell my damaged LG TV here at the PDVD Marketplace, but for a very measly amount.

Mine totally conked out.

I sold it to the junk man (mag bobote) for a very low price.  At least I need not worry of disposal, plus may pang milktea pa.

sa ibang bansa you have to pay for others to remove/take away your junk. Dito ikaw pa babayaran.

Pede dalhin ninyo TV's sa Caritas. Kung maayos at wala sira mapapakinabangan ng iba or kung may sira alam ko me local tech sila na mag aayos at mabenta nila kung sakali.

pamigay. The karma you'll get is more valuable than the price you'd end up selling it for. Super baba ng presyo ng used TV's ngayon. Kahit gaano ka high end

Pinamigay ko yung 32” 2008 lcd panasonic ko na may konting discoloration pero di pa rin masira-sira sa driver ng office namin nung binaha sila at nasira lahat ng gamit. Natuwa daw mga anak nya. Ok na sa akin yun. Gusto ko na rin kasi  bumili ng android tv noon.
