Yes, this is the Rose Red on sale for P350... Double disc sya release in Amaray case... the movie is split over the 2 discs with about 4 hours in the first and the remaining hour or so on the second disc along with the special features

Initial-D

All I can say is WOW! This is one helluva movie! The racing scenes are spectacular considering most of them are live action versus the CG & effects-laden races of 2Fast 2Furious. Makes me want to learn how to "drift" also. Akyat akong Bagiuo then race down and drift sa corners  ;D ;D ;D

Given the not so closed ending of the movie plus the mga bucks it earned in theaters across Asia, I am positive there will be an Initial-D Part 2. Consider also that this was brought to the big screen by the same guys who did the Infernal Affairs Trilogy.

Hmmm... masubukan nga yon!

Forgot to mention that the DTS audio of the movie is fantastic! The movie has a good hiphop soundtrack and a lot of bass in some scenes to give your subwoofers a good work out... PQ is also very nice...

My only gripe is in a few scenes, the subtitles were cut on both sides... I mean sobra sila sa screen so the first and last few letters were off screen na  :P

I've been watching my "Strangers with Candy" (from Comedy Central) boxsets the past few days.  Hilarious!  I think the episodes get better and better with each viewing.

It's about a self-described "boozer, user, and loser" named Jerri Blank who goes back to high school after 3 decades of drug use, prostitution, and god-knows-what else.  What I loved about this short-lived sitcom is how selfish and egotistic the main characters are, and how they only want instant gratification (without care for long-term results), with absolutely funny consequences.

Bullitt, 2-Disc SE (r3) - a brilliant action thriller w/ due regard to authenticity & realism of its action sequences & scenes including the now classic car chase w/c is regarded by many as one of the all-time best......the PQ & SQ of this release are both excellent but the real gem of it are the extras on disc 2: a definitive docu on the life, loves & career of Steve McQueen "The Essence of Cool", and another definitive docu on movie editing......disc 2 alone is already well worth of its price of Php425.00....... 8)
