I need to connect my Xbox to the decoder box but my PS2 already has it's connection in there via a Toslink cable....where in Manila can I buy a Toslink switcher?

TOslink Switcher... ito ba yung maka-connect ng many optical unit to one input sa receiver mo?

Try mo sa Radio Shack, I think they have one.

The one at RadioShack is like a coupler kaso, it looks like it can only do 1 input and then 2 outputs --- not the other way around.

However, thinking that this is only a light signal passing through an optical device, then I think may work the other way too but have not tried it.

Can anyone try this out???

Then you don't need a splitter but a switcher. Bro just use the digital coax for second digital source they are almost the same.

I have only 1 Optical input in my receiver and im looking for ways to connect both my PS3 and Xbox 360 to it without plugging and unplugging everytime as its very inconvenient.

Does anyone know where to get these and cheap optical (toslink) cables?

Mga bossing may alam ba kayo nabibilan dito na Toslink Switcher? Kulang kse un receiver ko ng Toslink inputs eh. Looking for a switcher.. Hope someone could help me out. And another thing may alam ba kayo nabibilan ng murang Toslink cable?

I was looking for an optical switch also, I can't find it anywhere here. I ended up buying one in amazon. Nyrius ata the brand, 3 in 1. I forgot the price, third party seller siya

So far ok naman, at first parang nawawala yun reception. I ended up moving it to a specific area, bought an optical cable in electronic boutique and so far ok na. I don't know if it was the optical cable I had before thats causing the loss of reception, or its coming loose sa mismong unit, but I just bought a new one nalang to test it out. All 3 inputs work out fine naman, switching it back and forth with no probs lately. But I still need to test it further.

as long as you only have 1 input device turn on, you will not have any problem
