Ordered last Nov 29 using expedited shipping. Estimated Delivery date as latest Dec 29, since gusto ko sana makuha before Christmas, I changed the shipping method last week to priority shipping. Lo and behold, biglang naging
January 6 yung estimated delivery date, so I went to Customer service to complain. Sabi sa akin, it will be packed within 48hrs daw so I can still get it by Christmas. Until today di pa rin na ship so I complained to customer service again, and naging December 31 na ang estimated delivery date, and within 48hrs na naman ang shipment.
Long story short, nagalit ako, so they decided that they will refund the shipping fee to me when I receive the order. Tinanggap ko na rin at sayang din kasi ang ang $20
, pero I still don't know when I'll receive the product.
