yup I HATE lego.com. ang hirap bumili jan. Di papayag yan na ipaship mo sa forwarding service. Tapos ang tagal nila sumagot sa emails mo (kung sumagot).

i've never had a smooth transaction with them kahit sobrang dami ko nang na order sa kanila.

Ms Derrel,

Di nyo po ba talaga ini-informed customer nyo if there is a big difference between the actual weight vs volume. I have a package from amazon which contain a pair of shoes and 4 pair of jeans total of 5 items the actual weight is around 8-10lbs. But they told me today that the shipping charge will be 10,413.64 which is more or less the same amount as the package itself since the volumetric wt is at 34lbs. Not sure why they put it in that large box. But you should have informed us in advance if there are very large difference between the actual wt and vol wt as I'm only expecting a fraction of that as your shipping rate.

hi sir, i just read this post of yours that you can waive the handling fee for multiple parcels in a week. i have been sending parcels every week but it seems that the 5 dollar handling fee is always there. i hope you can grant my small request on this. my account name is RYAN C. amazon has always been known to over secure their packaging. It's a good thing but for us who have to go by "volume weight" it really sucks.

i once received an SD card from amazon and the box was as big as a shoebox. Crazy right?

And their computation for box volume has increased over the years. When I first started using Johnny Air I would order running shoes and the boxes would usually be classified as "2 pounds". Now for the same size of shoe boxes I always get charged 4 pounds or more.

I do apologize for my late reply here.
It is the airlines rule to charge the Actual wt. or volumetric wt. and charge whichever is greater po.
For your reference to compute the volumetric wt. of the box is L x W x H/166.
