Guys,

if a dvd player has no DTS decoder, connected to an AVR that has DTS..will it still output DTS?

there is an upscaling dvd player kasi Philips DVP5960 for less than 2K..it has no dts decoders, only DD.thought of buying it kung makakapag output sya ng dts thru the AVR.

help me please.

pag parehong ordinary type na cable lang, coax is usually cheaper.
