Topic: Noob please Help. Bnew entry level or 2nd hand mid end AVRs

Hello mga bossing, I'am still noob in the world of Home Theater. I'm planning to start my HT project and paunti unti ko lang muna bibilhin and magstart ako sa AVR since my speakers are still ok. My budget is 20-30k for a mid end AVR. But I have hesitations when it comes to 2nd hand items since wala na syang warranty. Pinagiisipan ko base sa budget kung bnew entry to mid end level AVR or 2nd hand mid end AVR.

Here are some 2nd hand AVR na pinagpipilian ko. Suggest na din kayo kung anong ok dito or mas ok pa din if I will go to bnew AVRs. Thanks

I'd prefer a 2nd hand mid level receiver than a bnew entry-level. Iba talaga tunog starting at mid-level. Just make sure that the seller is a reputable one

I don't bother with warranties.  They are the most problematic feature of a product.   Nice to have, but not a purchasing choice factor.

For a given budget, you get more value with 2nd hand items than the latest entry levels.  Most audiophiles take good care of their gears so that when disposed off, those gears are almost like new.  Find one that is just 1-2 years used or are 2-3-year old models.  They'd still have the basic features of current models.  Older than that, and you may have to forego with HDMI outs and some digtial processing features.

Heck, even those 30-year old Japan surplus Sansui and Kenwood amps that were high enders in their time will beat any 2012 entry level receiver and amp from Onkyo or HK for a fraction of the price.
