Just a heads-up to those interested: The Complete Lady Snowblood Blu-ray is currently down to $18.10 at Amazon. This is even lower than B&N's 50% sale price for the title.

The Criterion Collection has announced that it will add five new titles to its Blu-ray catalog in October: Hal Ashby's Shampoo (1975), Cornel Wilde's The Naked Prey (1965), Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Eight Hours Don't Make a Day (1972), Brian De Palma's Sisters (1973), and Rob Reiner's The Princess Bride (1987).

Criterion Announces November Titles

The Criterion Collection has announced that it will four five new titles to its Blu-ray catalog in November: The Magnificent Ambersons (1942), Some Like It Hot (1959), True Stories (1986), and A Story of Chikamatsu. The boutique label's previously announced Ingmar Bergman's Cinema is also due on November 20.

First time in quite a while when I've seen NONE of the films announced. I've never heard of Until the End of the World before the announcement but a 4.5 hour long science-fiction film by Wim Wenders is enough to get me intrigued.
