Though a bit late, I just started watching Season 2. Is anyone else watching this?

I've seen the 1st season, haven't started on the 2nd season.  How is it?

Episode 1 had lot of good scenes. Looks like going to be a good season, with the plot.

Finished Season 2 during the long weekend. Action packed scenes on the final episode. And the explanation why Discovery was never mentioned in the original series. Just made me think: " Oo nga , ano?".

Star Trek: Discovery has withdrawn from Netflix, transferring to Paramount +. Oh well...

Late in the game but loving it- started watching this last week. Will begin season 3 as the USS Discovery crew finds itself in the 32nd century.

Got interested after learning this series has just concluded and is giving way to two spin-offs: a TV movie, Star Trek: Section 31 and a new series, Starfleet Academy.

I am now in the middle of season 4 and am starting to get "Star Tek: Discovery fatigue" because I noticed as the seasons progressed, the storyline became more and more melodramatic. Even the characters and the character development are not interesting. It is no longer the same Star Trek that I used to know and enjoy watching.

I didn't even get through the first season of Discovery before I dropped the show. I can't really get into any Star Trek TV series from Enterprise onward, except for Star Trek Picard. For me, TOS, TNG, DS9 and Voyager are the best.

I haven't gotten around to watching Strange New Worlds though. Looks promising.

^ Yes, I'm not surprised at all after reading similar comments online from other disappointed viewers of Star Trek: Discovery.
I definitely agree that "Star Trek: Picard" is much better than ST: Discovery, though Picard's commanding presence whenever he delivers his lines is no longer there.
Maybe it is time to give ST a rest (at least for awhile) - will start watching "The Night Agent" or "Rabbit Hole" para maiba naman.
