Anyone tried ordering at gearbest?

First time ko kasi mag-try, and my very first order was cancelled (by gearbest).  While I got an immediate refund, I haven't received an explanation for the cancellation.  Their online support wasn't helpful either.  When I asked for an explanation, they merely said my order was cancelled, like I didn't know it already.

I was able to order toy grade quadcopter from gearbest twice, paid using paypal.  I heard someone with same experienced, he paid with a debit card.

I just placed my order again, and this time my order was processed and on its way.  I just got a low value item first, just to test how long it would arrive with the free shipping.  I placed my order last Jan 22, btw.
