Event: November HiFi Show 2016
Show dates: Nov 12 & 13 (10am to 6pm)
Venue: Dusit Thani Hotel, Makati City

Re Jack's room, I think kaya laging sara is because maingay sa hallway. Masmasarap mag-audition ng tahimik so the only possible way to isolate the room from the noise outside is to close the door. Hindi naman siguro intentional. Hehe!

Sarap makinig sa Rm. 417...one of the best. Will probably go back there again tomorrow. Interesado ako dun sa speaker ni Larry Roxas at ung tube OTL amp ni Sir Tony.

On other rooms, I like the Monitor Audio PL500 more than the Tidal. Another room I like is the Kharma Elegence S7 and of course, the room of Sounds and Images of Ferdie, the Harbeth never fails.

maraming sale! i bought a QED Profile interconnect on 20% discount at Sound Concepts. Bought a matched quad of Psvane EL34 tubes also at 20% discount at the Mezzanine. I didn't get a discount on the gorgeous models of KEF speakers! too bad. hehehe

Lamm/Von Schweikert (Jack D's) was superb. Othervsystems would sound good on some genre but Lamm/Von Schweikert system sounded good on all genre.

congrats congrats for a successful event. i will share later some of my shots there.

im not really into a pure audio but then i really appreciate audio set ups there.most especially the harana and tidal.

in movies set up, dun ako nagtagal sa definitive tech na atmos. yung bagong model daw nila na no need ng atmos speaker sa ceiling. natuwa ako sa sound ng movies. or dahil lang sa file na nakasalang?
