Pag shop voucher at shopee voucher pwede. Automatic naman kasi ang shop voucher. Pero the vouchers that you can choose to use during checkouts, isa na lang pwede mo gamitin.

anong meron?

forgot to share here. yung bagong hire namin came from Shopee. na redundate sila. apparently yung venture nila to India was a big failure and it caused a huge loss for the Chinese owned company. going bankrupt na daw ata.

kaya nawala ang pag stack ng vouchers, and now hindi na 100% ang free delivery. Also heard na pag multiple items even from same seller nadadagdagan na daw ang delivery fee. haven't experienced it.

One thing i noticed is that parang nangonti ang selections unlike before. parang last month lang i was searching for a particular battery for a device at ang daming matches but now, iilan na lang ang listed.

Also daming mga sellers that are addressed from different provinces pero obvious na overseas manggagaling ang product.

Shoppee is Singaporean based. One of the reason why i chose it than lazada which is china owned na.

Saw this post on one of shopee employee

Quote
You probably saw me posting different goodies with #SalamatShopee. But this one is different.

Yes, my role was impacted with Shopee's down size of workforce here in PH. But contrary to the chismis ni marites. We did not loose our job because of the endorser's TF.

Somehow, we saw it coming. With the closure of overseas headquarters due to global recession, we knew we will be affected one day. We weren't expecting though that it would happen that fast and we weren't ready. Why? Kasi Shopee never burdened us with their losses. We were just enjoying our free ice cream in the office, perks, goodies, salary etc name it, we get it. On time, on the dot, without fail.

Even until the very end, Shopee secured a separation package that is more than what we expected - to make sure that us employees and our families can start anew and still celebrate the upcoming holidays. Probably start a business or buy a new iphone? Sana all!

Sa mga nagsasabing Shopee choose the endorser vs us, their employees. FYI, Shopee is a business. May business plan and timeline yan. Budgeting didn't happen overnight. It was already forecasted beforehand. Marketing and OPEX costing are way different. Also, sa enabler claims nyo, pls don't forget that we also have ambassadors from the different political spectrum. Wag double standard.

Kaya please! Don’t use our heartbreaks for your political advantage. Stop using us with your cancel culture. You have the right to stand for your political views. Pero wag kami! Iba na lang. Nag momove-on pa lang kami mahirap mawalan ng mabuti at maalagang employer.

Basta kami, we wish them to soar back higher. And hopefully, have us back sooner. With a heavy but grateful heart, SALAMAT SHOPEE!

To my batchies, mentees, TLs and my shopee fam. Hanggang sa muli. 🧡

PHSPxxx, now signing off.
SHOPEE SENIOR ANALYST
XX, XXX Basic Salary
XXX, XXX Separation pay

Edited: This is just a representation. Kasi others do not understand why we are still thankful to the company that fired us. (That's their term). But let's stop this. No matter what color you are in. Kasi baka di lang kami, we still have retained families there that are working hard to go through this. We are speaking up to protect them.

^sounds like that came from the one we hired. As in sakto yung mga sinabi. Hahaha

They were paid for the full year. Even yung bagong pasok lang like a month old naka  tanggap ng one whole year's salary.

They really loved the work environment and even their bosses were in tears daw when they broke the news.

Me concern lang ako with both shopee & lazada.

I notice this as well.  The abundance of packaging material plus the typical behavior of Pinoys when it comes to disposing trash is just a bad combination.

I dont think its Shopee's fault though. Its the vendor who packages the products.  They adjust to the consumer behavior of giving 5 star reviews if the item ordered is protected like a mummy in bubble wrap.

Bought with Shopee a guitar tuner, turn out defective, make a return request with matching video proof, seller refused to refund, elevate it to Shoppe, still no respond, make a video smashing the said guitar tuner and sent to them... they replied that I never sent any proof only request.... LIARS!

Lazada ang go-to app ko for online shopping.  Second choice lang ang Shopee, so no biggie na hindi ko muna gamitin...

Same here, its a personal preference, lazada is my default shopping app. though I use shopee just to compare prices.

If its just Php 20 cheaper in shopee ill still order from lazada. I have never had any issues with refunds and replaced items with lazada.

Minsan lang talaga ako gumagamit ng shopee, if its a local business and if lazada doesnt have it. Also, my daughter's default shopping app is shopee.

Shopee hired a controversial endorser, it's natural that the move will cause a PR backlash which is the last thing a company in crisis mode needs right now. Misguided move by their marketing IMO. They could have easily picked other endorsers with no political baggage.

I use shopee more than lazada primarily due to more coupons, credit card promos and coins. Will still continue to use Shopee as it is more convenient for me; don't really care much for TG but I respect her decision to support her Ninong; don't really care much for Shopee shelling out for TG despite their lay offs but it is a business decision.

I used Shopee more than Lazada because the UI is better.  Secondly, prices are typically lower in Shopee.

As for the recent Shopee endorser, I will exhaust all available places to get what I need and will only use Shopee as a last resort.

IIRC, a Shopee endorser typically doesn't last more than a quarter, anyway.

I'm sure there were some warnings during the internal meetings na very controversial si TG the Apologist.

But the decision to cast her prevailed....hence the Backlash.

I know of about 20 friends and family who have chosen not to use Shopee.

The company is feeling the heat... >:(
