Panasonic Plasma TV Black Bar problem(SOLVED)

I have this Panasonic P42ST30 Plasma TV since 2013 and last week when I turned it on a black bar appeared:
(Shot using Asus Zenfone 3 phone)





Found out that around CB4 Connector of buffer board had a burned 1-ohm Resistor and a damaged chip Capacitor.




ordered replacement buffer board at ebay for $35.00 including shipping. Have to wait for it's arrival on or before Dec 16.

Update: Buffer Board finally arrived!
will replace damaged board later...




Above: Replacement buffer board.
Below: Burned 1-ohm resistor(R122) & bypass condenser(C134) of Connector CB4.

Saved me from buying a new TV.

my Panny 42ST30 just died last night... 14 Blinks of death...😭. I think it's not worth to buy any refurbished or recycled parts anymore. Is it possible to buy new tv while we are in ECQ here in Metro Manila?
