How can you say its not tampering or recruiting? These players recruited by a player, namely lebron, will no longer resign an extension and the team will end up trading the player to their desired destination just to get something out of him. These other teams will also be affected because they will not give up so much for a one year rental sa isang player. Their hands will be tied. 

That's why general managers  want better rulings and penalties. Kawawa talaga mga small markets
