the past 5 to 10 years there have been teams that have been in the draft so many times because of constant losing seasons. You will wonder how the hell can they miss on some of their acquisitions and how some teams seem to pick the ones that turn out to be great in the long run.
Sample is OKC...after the PG-Westbrook mediocrity period eh they decided to reboot. Now they are back with a very young core and it only took them 3 to 4 years. Add to that is that they have a TON of picks for the next couple of years.
