AP Clear Oval is around 5k to 6k for an 8 ft pair.

According to the brochure, xlo pro is highly recommended for entry level audiophile system while the ER-14 is best use in HT setup. But it boils down to your own personal preference.

Iceman,

The whole month, I have been looking for second-hand budget ICs like IXOS 104. I couldn't find any so I decided to go brand new budget cables. So I asked Xinesyss if I could do a home audition on his XLO Twinax Plus. He said Yes, and he even lent me the Analysis Plus Oval Ones!

I said to myself, no way will I spend P5k for cables especially since I needed 3 pairs! I just want to prove to myself that cables are all the same if you go over P1500.

Ayun! After doing a home audition with XLO Twinax Plus, IXOS 104, Transparent Link 200, and AP Oval One... nainis ako since I am now forced to buy the P5k cables even if my budget is running low.

Nabenta ko na mga stuff ko and kulang pa budget. hehehehehehe

Hay naku! So definitely, after this AP Oval Ones, I vow never to listen to any higher priced cable in my system ever again!

pareho lang materials nyan. marketing gimmickry lang yan to brand the two models to different use and market: one for audio and the other for home theater. sa kulay lang nagkaiba yan.

wag kayong masyadong magpapaniwala sa cable na yan - ika nga ni AV phile.

look at the description of er11 and compare it with pro650f. pareho lang daw except for the color. then look at the general description of the two models (VDO and PRO). VDO daw is for HT while PRO is for Mid-Fi or entry level Hi-fi setup. galing galing noh?

I guess that was my point. It's exactly the same, Pro650F and ER-11 (not ER-14). Often times, audio shops will tout the Pro650f as an 'audiophile' cable and price it at a premium over the ER-11. that's why i asked too if anyone knew how much these sell for. Save yourself some money and get the ER-11 if it comes out cheaper and if yellow is your color because that's all the difference between the 2.

pro650f is double the price of an er-14. i dont think these two cables are identical in terms of sound coz i already tested both and hear its differences. but that's just me

oo nga ano, compared them using push pull amps (my ST70 and Hans' AMX) and to my ears the AP sounded livelier on both

on the contrary - maganda reviews ng 14/3 na extension cord from Home Depot (yung orange)sa The Absolute Sound...

also had a chance to hear these, ok pero yung GA14 na nilista ni KID ay yung stranded flatcord na kulay dark brown. Ahehehehe
