i had some time over the weekend so i followed some of the suggestions by fellow members here

moved some furniture and tried to hide some cables

i'm not sure i like the speakers so far apart. experiment ako w/ placement ulit when i have time. parang workout na din to hehehe

acoustic treatments are next on my list

hahaha props lang yun! ;d it's an old sub i no longer use. i like where my sub is so i just put the old sub on the left side for aesthetical purposes

Re speaker placement for music. Try bringing your speakers closer to your sitting position and far away from the TV. I once had a big RPTV in between the 2 speakers. I was surprised to hear big improvements in audio when I removed the TV in favor of a PJ. The space in between gave the sound room to breathe, you can actually put your head in between the 2 speakers and you can actually hear the music in the middle area.. Try experimenting w/ it if you listen to a lot of music.

thanks matzer i really appreciate it:) sa ht naman, any idea how to make the sweet spot bigger? because of my sofa it's a lot more comfortable to sit off center. i hear professional installers can make "every seat a good seat". any ideas how they do this?

I think They install a number of in-wall speakers directly focused on sitting areas.

Hmm Parang maraming speakers yan ah. Baka naman kelangan nyan yung Denon 10 channel flagship receiver.

yeah i noticed out of focused na nga yung sound from the video. masyado nga ata malayo speakers ko sa tv. i dont think they were meant to be so far apart. oh well at least i have something to do this weekend

as much as i want a pj my dad would never allow it :'( yung side windows madali lang palitan ng curtain kaso yung sa likod, pintuan yun e

i guess i'll have to wait till i have my own house
