Boss neknek,
Pa-post naman ng review ng scarlet nyo.. TIA
Planning to buy my first 32"LCD this weekend!
I'm not really a techie guy so it would be difficult for me to give an in-depth review of the scarlet basta okay ang picture at di naman ngongo ang sound, okay na sa akin yon.
When the SM Sales Clerk was making a demo of the scarlet, the picture quality was really vibrant, smooth and crisp but i knew they were using a demo dvd thus I wasn't expecting the same quality when I use it at home especially that we are subscribe to destiny cable... we had reception problem with channel 2 & studio 23. And from the comments in another thread, some encountered reception problems with destiny cable.
But to my surprise when we plugged the cable, the picture quality is vibrant & crisp and comparable to the demo dvd that they had shown....even channel 2 and studio 23.
I don't have a blu-ray or ps3 but we tried our old dvd (jvc dvd that i got free when we bought a jvc musee' 3 years ago) and borrowed the old & basic "Xenon" sort-of home theatre system of my sister bought in raon (roughly 3 years ago also) to watch "transformer 2" and we had a blast - clear vivid picture and sound quality. I don't have a trained eyes and ears but my basic expectations were met... more than i expect.
The bluetooth connection is working fine. I've tried it with my nokia and sony-ericsson phones and it was transferred to the lcd - pictures and mp3 music.
The plug and play usb connection is also okay. It detects quicky a usb once plugged. I even watched a movie stored in my usb. Unfortunately, when i tried attaching my iphone via usb, it wouldn't work... maybe it's not iphone compatible.
I haven't tried all the features or even use it's full potential such as watching with a blu ray or playing with a ps3... i might try attaching my psp slim by weekend to see if it's working. But so far it has met all my basic needs - watching tv and from time to time watching dvd.
Btw, i could have chosen the LG LF20 but the difference of P3000 for a 32LH70 with 100,000:1 contrast ratio instead of 70,000:1 and other features was the clincher when i bought the unit.... simply hard to resist.
