I'm confused on which to buy.

parang mas better investment yun 26 incher kasi mga blu-ray players and game consoles will output best at 1080p.

pero the 32 inch is simply bigger and sabi ng mga tao there isn't a big difference with 1080p and 720p when it comes to displays 50 inches below.

help me choose!

tnx!

Same here.  32" for me.  I guess FullHD will really matter for 50" up.  Yung 720p and 1080i input sa 42" Panasonic EDTV plasma nga, sobrang linaw na eh.

most members here would really advise you to get the 32 inch, since we all know that 1080p isnt really noticeable if you have a tv below 50"...for 27K only here in pinoydvd you can get a brand new 32 inch LE8 na.lets say the price of the 26 inch full hd is P25K, youll only need to add 2K for 10 more inches for the same quality (in resolution)

is the 32LG50 really 1080p pixel-wise?  or it is still a 1366x768 panel, just capable of down-converting 1080p to 720p

Go 32"... a trueHD panel should be your goal... get the size that your budget can afford... if you can't afford yet, wait a little while for the prices to come down or save more so that you can bag a tv monitor that will allow you years of enjoyment / satisfaction instead of having to do an upgrade again after a few months...

check the post of paolo - full HD will only be really visible pag 50" ang up, unless you sit very close to your tv (pag mga 32 or even 37 inch).
So between a 32" and 37" get the bigger screen. Mas masasayahan ka panigurado. Unless you have budget for 42  ;D
