They are calling a $2,000/pr speaker 'Entry' level? What planet are they from?

I assume that the one who is calling the PSB Imagine speakers 'entry' level is a particular magazine, not PSB. I would be disappointed if PSB were the one stretching the definition of 'entry' level like that, beyond the breaking point of the language. As far as I can tell, on PSB website, they do not use 'entry' level to describe the Imagine line. Instead, they use the phrase 'affordable high-end'. That sounds like an oxymoron, but at least it is not as delusional or downright misleading as 'entry' level.

If the magazine calls Imagine 'entry' level, what would they call the Alpha or the Image series?

What they probably meant about it is that it is Entry Level among High-End Speakers. And it could be considered as such.
