jobless na naman sya, it takes years to import TV studio and transmitting equipment, broadcasting facilities, towers etc, sa mga permits to construct pa lang ang haba ng red tapes......we are talking at least 5 years here, frequency lang ang meron si Villar and it can be revoked as easily as it was granted since walang favilities si Villar kung saan nya pwedeng magamit ang frequencies....
design of equipment will take at least a year, then bidding out to manufacturer, construction, buy-offs and acceptance, these takes expertise and know how, Villar will need to hire a battalion of engineers for this endeavor.
content is the name of the game, granting Villar was able to put up the platforms, then the content comes into play, what will he offer to the public? will advertisers flock to his network? big deals, big question....
i do not think that the Lopez's will sell out to the Villar....
